LonelyCache

This is the side of the Lonely Cache/DGP idea that I have never liked. People are so into the points that it's affecting the basics of where and how geocaches are placed just because of point values.

I'll take two mediums if they ever come available in the southern Utah area

Found Summit - Hidden Canyon two days ago and the cache has been out for nearly 2 yearswith out a single find. Currently worth 190 points on the site.

Found Phantom assisted today after not being found in 643 days or 1.76 years. Of course I took a slightly mere difficult but not as long a route to the cache. Compared to other hikes that I have done to find a geocache it was still a fairly easy hike.

Found Mummy's Forehead after not having a found it log since 06/30/2011.

Found Mummy's Nose today which has not had a found it long since June 10, 2011. My log makes me the fourth finder in a little over two years since the cache was placed.

I say you deserve a vacation just for all the hard work that has been put into the coding and formatting of the new site.

I'll help test if permitted.

Shucks....I would have given a gift premium membership to one of the accounts but it looks like all of them are already covered.

A cache's total points will be 100 * (number of days old) / 365.25. I found North Peak Red Rock (GC2A7WK) today which has not had a found it log since 01/27/2011. That's 413 days.
