LonelyCache

I can log on here but I cannot log on to the lonely cache project page. I use the same user name and pass word. I sent an email from there but not sure it went through. I have tried for a few days now. when I click on forgot password it says we were unable to access your information. Please try again.

Any thoughts how I can log in?

Just tried to log in and all is good now. Not sure what happened.

I'm glad you were able to log in again.

You sent the email a few hours after I checked the emails. There was another that was also having trouble logging in. Both your account and his were locked. Accounts get locked when there are too many login failures in a certain amount of time. I think it is four attempts in fifteen minutes though I'm not positive. Anyway, once an account is locked, it cannot be accessed and the password cannot be reset until an administrator unlocks it. At that time, I unlocked all the locked accounts and that is why you were were able to log in again.

I am having the same problem with my account now. No problems logging into the forums but I must be locked out of the main site. I would appreciate it if you could unlock my account also. Thanks in advance.

Yep, your account was locked. It is now unlocked. Try to login again. If you are unable to in the first two tries, then I suggest following the "Forgot your password?" link to reset it.

Thanks, all is well again. I must have been all thumbs multiple times I guess.

Here we go.. Now I cannot log into LCP.. I can log in here but not lonely cache??? I use a different password for the forum than LCP..?
I get the message user name and password do not match?

Issue Resolved, it works great today ...

Here we go again.. I cannot log into LCP leader boards just the forum. I have a different pass word for the forum.. I get the log in at top of LCP page but my name is still hi lited on the stat sheets. I'm Not seeing some of my recent finds show for days now?

I see that it's been three days since you were last logged in LonelyCache. Are you sure you're logged in?

Two things to try. If you are logged in, then log out and log in again and see if that helps. If not, then I suggest going to your LonelyCache Profile and renewing authorization to the Geocaching.com Live API.

Let me know how that goes.

I clicked on the " forgot my password" link and got a new temp pass word via email.. tried it using the login link in the emaII.. lOGIN SUCCESSFUL, I got logged in reset my pass word and renewed the geocaching LIVE API authorization . Its all good now.. many thanks ~
