You From last Sept to Now

The last time DGP was updated, I was the 27th top cacher with 35,437 points. As of today, I have 49,960 points and moved up to 23rd. I'm actually quite surprised that my total score increased as much as it did since I haven't been out looking for high point caches for awhile now. I am looking forward to my score passing the 50k mark. Maybe it will happen tomorrow, or maybe next week. Whenever, it does happen, I think I'll have a beer and pat myself on the back
My backcountry rating has increased a lot too. I was #94 with a rating of 75.6, now it's 90 but I've dropped to #113. My top BC cache from DGP isn't even on the list anymore but many others haven't been found since then and I'm the only one that has found several others since. Yes, a lot of them have high Achilles points and my BC score is fragile
Some of you have moved up in points a lot and some of you, not so much. So what do you think about how your standings have changed from the last time DGP was updated to now? I think it will be fun to hear

Mine moved up but mostly due to my relative newbness when DGP was active. I was a blip on the radar in Phoenix (DGP region) puzzles before on DGP. I think I was top 20 to 30, but I don't recall offhand. Now I'm #2. I'll also pat myself on the back and buy myself a beer.

I'm still so far back I'm not going to worry about it.

Ah come on, what do you think of the changes between then and now?

First off - Congrats Corfman Clan, you quickly reached the 50k mark.
My comparisons are mostly lame, but a few were interesting to me.
My Total CP's under DGP last Sept was 11,151 - now up to 12,612 not a big change, but headed in the right direction
My Find count under DGP was 1877 - now 1831, a drop of 46 after finding 160 caches since then within the regions (206 caches gone - that's a lot of archives)
Owned caches CP's 103 - 117
AZ BC rank #50 - #82 (I think this one I am most ashamed - seems I need more motivation)
BC rating 47.9 - 56 (at least the caches I get are of more "value")
FTF in AZ rank 25th - 38th ( I rarely make a FTF run any more)
I really like the separations of cache types in LCP.
I think you did a great job on this site.
I'm really glad to have a project going again.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Some points seem higher than before so I am watching my backcountry lonely caches that have not been found for years to see how they hold up.
I had been slacking off quite a bit without the dgp but I am really liking the improvements.
I don't recall ever being ranked in 5 DGP states before, now I just have to work on calif. so I can make it 6. Not ranked high but its something that not all can say they have.
Again appreciate all the hard work that went into making this happen.

I'm loving the new site. Can't say I miss the DGP even a little. You have done a marvelous job. As for my stats....they are what they are. When DGP went silent I was in the 7K area and now I'm on the plus side of 14K. Soon as it cools down and the snakes go away I'll be back at it. Thanks Russell for all of your hard work and the time you spent on this project .

I have only increased around 1,000 points. From 7,485 to 8,641. I had lost interest and slowed to only finding less than 50 caches a month. I had missed the DGP but now that I see this site is up and going full bore it's exciting again. Thanks for giving me something to shoot for! I do hope to make some good gains over the next few months.

Dropped from #12 to #18 in the NV Lahontan region rankings. Though I guess that's not that bad considering we have not lived there in almost 3-years. Overall points are up about 600, which is great since we've been back in the project less than 6-months.
It's great to be back and to be excited about finding just one lonely cache. You folks have done a great job putting this together, very impressive.
