Oregon and Washington added

Hi I have added Oregon and Washington states to LonelyCache along with all their counties. 
It will take at least a week for all caches to be retrieved and included, so until that is done, the statistics for Oregon, Washington, and LonelyCache wide will be wonky. This may also temporarily delay some caches throughout LonelyCache from being updated within a week.
